One-hour site visit and one soil sample, lab results and recommendations for amending soil for the project area;
Standard soil fertility lab tests & recommendations for amending nutrient imbalances in the soil;
Soil health lab tests & recommendations for adding carbon and biological amendments and other regenerative practices to improve soil health and carbon sequestration capacity during the project prep and maintenance phases;
Project-level map;
List of crop varieties and intercropping design (based on succession);
List of in-row and between row spacing by crop variety type;
Measurements and orientation of growing areas (rows, orchard blocks or agroforestry ‘islands’);
Inventory and price list for the number of trees, shrubs and ground cover;
Per tree and total project yield estimates by crop type;
Revenue projections by crop type and multiple market channels;
18 month timeline for prepping, installing, and maintaining the project area (including options for phased-installation);
List of equipment and types of labor activities for each phase of the project;
General cost estimates of inputs and labor for each phase of the project;
Unlimited changes to the crop type and spacing of your design (only applies to in-row changes);
Unlimited updates to projected yield estimates by crop type;
Unlimited updates to the market prices and additions of market channels and associated projected revenue;
Access to the plan for one year to make your own edits or updates;
Potential tons per year of carbon sequestration projected by crop type;
Potential contribution towards collective fruit production goals of ulu, citrus, mango and avocado for North Shore agriculture lands.
Project-level plans are priced for 1 acre or less and for a single project (e.g. windbreak, orchard for one main crop, agroforestry zone).
Add ons:
Irrigation plan and water use estimates by crop(s).
Drone photography.
Fertilizer recommendations based on the soil and leaf tissue reports and the nutrient requirements for one or two main crops.
5 to 10 year maintenance plan and projections for your project area
Additional acreage (beyond 1 acre) or additional projects (e.g. windbreak project-level plan and an orchard project-level plan)
